How long does it take to receive my purchase?

For Instant Downloads:
After you have made your purchase, you will be re-directed to a download pick-up page. If you browser does not allow that, you will also be sent an instant email with a link to your download pick-up page. Check your spam if you do not recieve your instant email.

For Shipped Products:
We ship within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow 5-9 working days for ground mail delivery and 3-4 working days for courier delivery for most destination throughout North America. Please allow 9-14 working days for delivery to destinations outside of North America.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it for a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with any item for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund. For obvious reasons, instant downloads cannot be refunded.

What do you charge for items that I want shipped?

Ground mail shipping is 10% of your total price, minimum $8.00

Courier (UPS 3 day service) shipping is 20% of your total price, minimum $12.00
